FAQ

  • Is the course Agile framework specific?

No. This course teaches practical techniques for capturing, fixing, and avoiding dependencies independent of the Agile development process you use. If you use SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, Scrum you will learn how to ask the right questions and how to improve communication and management of dependencies in ways that suit your process.

  • Do you teach using any tool we have to buy?

No. But we do give you three different facilitation canvas' and techniques that are free and included. We teach how to approach dependency management in your current tools, which to be fair have zero dependency management features to speak fondly of.

  • Is it practical? Are there exercises?

Yes. Each chapter has a few exercises (homework) you SHOULD do before progressing. Dependencies are very contextual to products and organizations, so the exercises build upon YOUR examples and YOUR solutions, guided by our process.
